Im not sure. On their website it just says medium will be back soon. It's not an option to order, it's been like that for a month or so, I keep checking back.What?? Really? I wanted to custom a soft and try it before selling my othermine is a size medium. Do you know why they aren't?

Sounds like a good plan. Usually smaller models are most popular in medium or firm, and the larger ones (medium-XL) are most popular in soft.
Also, generally the more adventurous the model looks, the bigger risk there is you won't like it. Echo is a great one to start with, and like I said before seems to be BD's best regarded.
ALSO: My personal go-to is my Mini Android from EE in soft.
The texture on it is really interesting and fun and it rubs against my G-spot perfectly. Also robots are hot

That's why I said there's a risk. The more adventurous, the more hit or miss they are - they can either end up being something amazing that works for your body, or (at worst) it can be straight up painful. Not everyone is gonna like a ton of texture, or huge knots, or pointy heads, etc.

Right now my go-to to finish with is med med Fenrir. He is actually my first BD too. Once the knot get in I come almost instantly. I'm training to get it to pop in fully before I come but it's hard to resist.
On days I want less I use my med/med Roland as the knot is more manageable but still alot of fun.

Croxic is my favorite right now. Mine is a small/soft. The shape, texture, and everything about it is just so good. It's the best fantasy toy I've tried out of about the 20 I've had.
The worst I've tried was definitely Bumblehooves. I've tried him in medium and soft and just... nope. A smooth, boring tube with an annoying medial ring. I know that a lot of people like him though so it's all subjective!
