    Why are BD toys on Ebay 250$ to almost 400$? Like...small toys or penetrables shouldn't be 200$(or a Bruce in Fatality for 750 plus shipping :x) ...am I missing something?

    @Snow Pony that's what I assume but jfc, there's more than one seller like that right now. I couldn't imagine any of those toys...barring the RR's ever getting that high in price. Oh well, I agree with you though

    I bought an RR Ika this summer off ebay for $300, and it literally got stolen in the mail: I received a torn open box.
    I've seen the listings on there now and my guess is someone is just carting everything they can and then selling to the scarcity they think they are creating?

    Oh wow. Yeah, I feel old. I got thinking about how active the BD forum used to be and it made me a bit sad/nostalgic. I went on the forum just now since it's been months since my last visit. Doesn't seem too active beyond the same few people posting. I know a lot of threads have be deleted for some reason if they're not active long enough.

    Probably was some sort of glitch on the site, but who knows. I wouldn't put it past them to have decided to remove it and then change their minds for some reason.

    Lord...mini really is MINI. To each their own but 55$ for essentially a bigger lil squirt (these can't even have CT's can they) are kinda crazy.

    Wellp. Due to unforeseen medical bills, I had to postpone my purchase for a custom 😔. Ah well...maybe if BD keeps em open til the 4th I can get it since that paycheck won't go to bills. It is what it is lmao, glad I had money saved.

    @Niah yeah no idea at this point. I know before this, I could get Mystic's Sig on other stuff but it had a disclaimer (as usual). So they'll prolly say "manufacturing limitations" but it's probably due to the 3 color fade...and we know how their fades are coming out lately. Oh yeah, almost forgot. To get the Sig swap I also need to ticket within 24 hours or they won't do the swap.

    Ticket within 24hrs? Wow. That's low. That I don't get either since it'll take them weeks to do the pour, so why do they need to know within 24hrs of the order? I could see the issue if someone waited like 2-3 weeks and then ticketed, because by then it could be in the process of being poured. Yeah, I definitely wouldn't trust a fade from BD at this point.

    I've done 3 Sig swaps, but I can't remember what pour option I had to select when I placed the order. I know I had to do that and then ticket about the Sig swap. I remember that I was actually live chatting with Elise when I placed my order for one swap, and she changed it right then and confirmed it for me. The live chat feature was so awesome when they actually had it working properly.

    Hm...okay! I got a reply to my custom question and was told my options I asked were possible. (They also stated Mystic's Sig only can be on Mystic...lol now I'm having "I should've bought my Crackers in it before Elise left" remorse 😅"). So I'm less annoyed now since the rep I got previously got back in contact with me and actually answered my questions

    I'm very confused about that. Both models support split fades. Both models even have split fades as their signatures. So why the hell won't they do the pour? That makes no sense at all to me. I'm glad they at least answered your questions even if you got the answers you didn't want to get from them. I wonder if it's because Mystic's fade is across 3 colors like that. Who knows with them though.

    I'm so torn. I WANT to order a custom Fenrir when they open again but I don't know if I want to deal with the aggravating tickets to get what I want(aka ticket but by the time CS answers if the model can have X they close customs they just say "customs closed"!) Adoptions bore me since they're all Nat/Sig (then hunting for 3 firmness). Should I just order 1st and then ticket to change the colors...if they let you..?

    @Exy It depends on how far you want to go with a custom and how badly you need to contact CS. Ordering a pour they already make or grabbing something off the inventory page? You're probably safe. Have a neat custom pour idea you want to run by them? Good luck with that considering how they're responding or, rather, not responding.

    @Exy aw, pretty much what Niah said. :/ I have quite a few customs I own that BD now refuses to even attempt. If it weren't for the color choices/original stories I'd prolly have half the stuff I do now (colors make the model for me, and the old stories sold me..or my imagination did. The colors you PM'ed me wanting should be doable still (it's CS that's being a pain rn is the problem) 💜

    I'm pretty sure I have customs that they won't do now. I also snagged some lucky pours off adoptions/inventory way back. As someone who was just getting into toying at the time, BD was an awesome find for me. I'm grateful to them for that, but it's basically time to part ways with them for me.

    Please for the sake of...something...let this BD order run smoothly, I've seen others get a Cosmic Nebula Bruce from this drop and all three of our stock pics are identical (fiance ordered it for me as a surprise...bless this boy). If this shows up as anything but a CN pour, I'm doing a chargeback if CS brushes it off. Not having high hopes/expecting the worst...

    I've known about the stock photo issues for years now (god I've been here so long thinking about it) but I've also seen people get burnt due to these (some not even the same colors, which is my worry). Seeing same stock photos has me worried cause I reeeeeally don't wanna be the one that gets a nonCN toy :s

I just want to know if a swap is possible, not to buy (yes I clarified that...again in this ticket). Let's see what happens. Also, Clearance is called Inventory now I noticed.

    Mfw you're in mid ticket (from last week) about if Fenrir/Baron can support certain Signature swaps and customs close today. The reply to my ticket today says (basically) "We're not open for customs at this time sorry!" 😒 Wtf. Can you at least tell me yes or no for future reference so I don't have to send the exact same thing later?

    @Phelvia It's good as a plug and I find that I can thrust a bit with it as well. Ordering and then ticketing would be the safest option in that case considering what all is going on with them.

    Blanche (formerly Cindy), Scout, Jaybird (formerly Sierra). Aaron (Dasadevil? or maybe a different Aaron), and "A" (just the letter).

    So...who else thinks customs will never be back to "normal"? BD is clearly still making bank from clearance alone (I can't remember the last time adoptions was at 100+ for more than a day) and clearly they're still getting a bunch of orders even as limited as they are. Reminds me of when they 1st started streamlining and slashed a bunch of custom options in the past. A reddit comment about this had me thinking...

    @Snow Pony Yeah, her. She gave me the run around once and I was able to get Elise instead and she was able to talk me through my custom that Kitty couldn't/wouldn't do. Elise is why I have my awesome Bruiser and awesome Xar pours. The last time she gave me the run around and wouldn't help with another custom idea for a Moko; kept being pushy about ordering right then. I just grabbed a Moko when one dropped.

    Ahhhh ok I think I had them too, once, this year for Orochi in Mad Cat. Didn't get a message back for 4 weeks and finally got a message back and told no because of Covid (before they even shut down customs). Like...I asked a week after the promo ended and 4 weeks passed before a response. Apparently others had a similar issue at the time but still :/

    Yeah. There is also a noticeable delay in response to any ticket, and that was way before Covid hit, so I'm not surprised that there was such a delay even if it was because of Covid messing things up. It's been said before that BD has gotten very big/popular and I think they're having major issues keeping up with demand, hence the drops and the limits on customs.

    Does anyone have the official descriptions for the 2nd wave of Extra Effective colors (Fairy, Ghost, Psychic, and Ice)? I can't find the email that debuted these and it's the only thing I don't have the colors on. >_<
