    Would be great to see this place get more traffic. Hopefully can be revived, life can be crazy and I feel the life of forums has gone on the back burner thanks to the likes of social media and especially Reddit. But nothing beats a good forum and it's community

    I'm still here. I, too, wish the forums were more than a myriad of "I want to sell this!" threads and little else. Admittedly, knowing that the owner's ex is in charge of keeping this place paid for and running, and the fact that there are never any updates... It hinders the "want to" to get involved, knowing that this place could vanish one day without warning.
    Well I think since I'll have a bit of free time, Imma update the Compendium a bit (Clean it up a bit, add a few addendums)

    With how dead this place is, I'm not sure how worth your time so much work would be. We don't even know how long this forum will last; the owner left long ago, and their ex is the one who made the last payment for the lights to stay on, I believe. There's the chance this place could just disappear without warning as I doubt they are going to keep paying for this forum's upkeep, forever.

    Yeah fair enough. *Sigh* I really miss this place. Once this place goes I'm probably done migrating. I'm not a fan of twitter at all compared to here, and that place is fixing to die out too. :/
    I need to sit down and re-save all my bd stories and...as for the color c. I might migrate it into a mobile feature or document. No idea 😔

    Just in case anyone missed my last post months ago, I go by PhelviasKitchen over on Twitter now where I'm still goofing off with pictures(Still really miss this place when it wasn't so dead 😔)
    After a lot of back n forth I finally made a twitter 😫. I miss being a part of this community. So I'm going to be posting my silicone pics here still and also @PhelviasKitchen on twitter. Feel free to say hi! (Plz be nice, making a twitter was out of my comfort zone but I want to be a part of the community still :s )
    Anyone else, with BD's recent releases (uptick in making more human looking dicks and retiring unique ones), getting the vibe they're trying to mimic MHT? Or at least compete with them. Just remembered MHT did a gator and had a look at their other models and...just a vibe I'm getting from BD *shrug*
    Well...never had a package delivered to the wrong address. Thanks USPS. Praying whoever got it will give it to me or it comes back. Otherwise RIP Orochi

    Gawsh, that's a mess. D: My blaze was 'delivered to a side door' and I was like... We don't have a side door? Just recently I had a card package 'delivered to mailbox' and when I checked- a few other packages that were expected were there but Not that one! It's a mess...

    It didn't get sorted out, sadly. BD basically told me that it had nothing to do with them and that they couldn't refund/remake things that were marked as delivered and to check with USPS. USPS told me that since it was delivered, it couldn't be proved to have not been delivered, so I was just out of luck entirely. It was the worst.
    Will be throwing up a sales post the 1st week of April. What I'm selling is in the next comment below this (Meant to do it this week but it passed the timestamp and I needed to buy boxes. Whoops) 😅 if a sale heads up isn't allowed just tell me to remove it...its been a while and I forget the rules

    Got my refund. But instead of going to my bank like I asked it's store credit. -_- Whatever, I'll let my fiance just buy something on my account if he sees something at some point. I'm too fed up to keep doing tickets, this whole situation, and getting aggravated with it to keep bothering

    I truly hope that someone in BD staff reads all the negative feedback they're getting in these forums and realize that things have to change, or they will lose more and more customers.

    Thing is, BD is a multimillion-dollar company. They could lose the business of everyone on this forum and it wouldn't affect them one way or the other.

    True that. But I doubt that people in this forum are the only ones they wronged. And I hope that someone looking for feedback before buying from them would stumble here and find about these mishaps. Maybe we should start a thread about this kind of "incidents" (and not just for Bad Dragon but for every toys company out there).
    Well I got a ticket back, was offered a refund in the difference in costs for the colors...Sent a ticket back requesting if a repour would be possible instead... :/ Never had this issue before, and if the Twitch wasn't a gift and the Hanns wasn't something I was planning for months I wouldn't push it but...yeah 😐

    That's their problem though. I would remind them, as I did that they are a multimillion-dollar company; it won't hurt them in the slightest to correct *their* error. This is the company's fault, and they should be willing to fix it without complaint.

    Also emphasize how the Twitch is a gift for someone and the other was a pour you had planned out in great detail for months. Won't hurt to guilt trip them at all, providing they have a conscience anymore.

    In my email I definitely emphasized the Twitch was a gift and my Hanns was an idea months ago...before customs got shut down and ordering became more chaotic. It took almost 2 weeks to get my custom colors replied to when I first put in the order :s So...we'll see what happens....
    1 week, still no reply to my messed up order :l will update here if anything new happens (or when week 2 happens of no reply)...hope everyone is doing alright 💜

    *hugs* I hope they get back to you soon and do the right thing. It's just so messed up how they've become now. I'm definitely not going to get any more toys from them now. If I really want a model, I'll just buy it secondhand or whatever.

    Same. So bad that I started buying toys just this year. Luckily, there's plenty of other toys makers out there.
    I hope that your toy will be repoured, the right way this time. I'm looking forward for updates.

    So. Wrong colors arrived in the mail today from BD. The default ones I chose when customs reopened, despite the ticket and being charged for the extra colors. :/ Sent a ticket regarding it. Any tips for if they refuse to repour and just offer a refund? My hopes are very low with seeing how a lot of issues are being "resolved".

    Dang. Between the latest fiasco with @Snow Pony's order and now with yours, I can safely say I'm never ordering anything from BD ever again. I'm glad I got what I wanted from them. As for advice, don't back down and do how @Snow Pony did with emailing them and such.

    Thanks guys, yeah I can pretty much say this is gonna be my last order if they don't repour my toys in what I paid for. (I'm betting store credit will be the first offer just because my colors are "a hassle", aka they're gonna have to mix "nondefault" colors. If they repour em...I'll be very glad (still have everything on my list though) The Twitch was supposed to be a Bday gift for my fiance so it sucks more tbh :|
    Custom Hanns is a go! Just waiting for a reply back to prolly give my card info. (Decides to keep Fenrir as Angelic Mist, decided on Hanns with a base of the new Ultraviolet with Xar's shaft colors)

    Damn. That sucks. I've had that happen before, but I can't remember which service I was using and it's been years now. They were quick to realize their mistake and it wasn't too late in getting to me, but it was aggravating. I get that people make mistakes, but I have to wonder how badly can someone screw up sometimes.

    Update: CS didn't reply. I bought my fenrir and my fiance a Twitch I ticketed about. Hopefully they'll do the Trimarble (Drama&Crit plus neon purple). I usually wait til CS says "yes" but I don't wanna get locked out of customs and wait again... :s

    @Exy That's my biggest worry with their fades. On the other hand, if you did get a choppy fade, you could save a few "rogue" fades in adoptions (the new ones that are choppy) and a few "officially listed as a fade" and ticket them with a "rogue/choppy fade" a "real fade" and yours...if it was choppy. It's a hassle though either way >_<

    I think I would only get one of those fades if I saw it on a model I wanted in adoptions/inventory. If one of those Razors had been in soft instead of medium, I might have gotten one. Not that I need to spend money at all right now.
    Fingers crossed Fenrir can support one of those fancy fades that debut Friday (BD put a custom color picker up too. See their Twitter 😁). Idk if it could support World Soul but if it can...then Fenrir can have the new tri-fades) Also! I got a lot of PM's, I'll reply when I can!
    Anyone notice the Mystic (or some other of the 4 Fallout glow colors) now say something like "Duka Cola Quantum Legacy"?
