If you want to sell, then you absolutely can. But new members are not able to bid on or post auctions.

To make sure I understand
Once I get my account 3 months or more would I be able too do so then or would I still have too have the vouchers or 3 points ( I think that is what they are called)

It is my understanding that the requirements for new members to bid on an auction is to have 3 positive transaction feedbacks. (the 3 months thing, I'm not sure of, but I'm sure a mod can answer that)

No.
There's an option to leave feedback after a sale/purchase. Ideally all buyers and sellers would leave feedback after each transaction.

So you need 3 positive feedback for sales/trades/purchases. So any transaction that you could earn feedback on.

Go to a user's profile and scroll to feedback stats.

new members can participate in anything right off the bat except for hosting or bidding in auctions. you are able to once your account is a week old and has 3 feedbacks/vouches. vouches are other members that have had their account for 3 months or longer pm'ing and saying to a mod something about you or leaving a neutral feedback on your page saying its a vouch. you just go to someones profile and click on the feedback tab to leave one, or when conducting PM's, under the users avatar, there is a leave feedback button. hopefully this helps!

It definitely helps just hope I can get some good feedback over time and gain people trust. Because 3 months older on account is no problem just the other may take some time.

Again, you only need an account that's a week old to participate in Auctions. The 3 month thing is only if you want to give other people vouches.

No unfortunately I haven't! I run a bad dragon Instagram to show off my toys and I originally made an account here in case I ever wanted to sell any of them as I get lots of interest on there. I haven't bought any toys from here either, as I mainly purchase customs anyway, so I'm not sure how I would get feedback to participate in auctions?
I asked my followers on Instagram if anyone could help, but no one seems to have an account here
