Alright, that was all of the current Insertables (Minus Nix but I had no idea the order I was going to do this in when I started lol) Before I go into the Penetrable Section I wanted to make a decent guide and Custom FAQ thing. Mainly for BD's Reddit because apparently their Sub gets the same "How long" question almost daily? Feel free to link this post here (because I don't think Reddit has a good post involving all the possible Colors as well).
Bad Dragon Business Hours:
9-5 Arizona Time
Monday to Friday

Freaky Fast Shipping:
Applies to anything you pick up in the Clearance/(Adoption) Section only . Your order from clearance will ship the next business day.
What this means: If you order on Friday your order will ship Monday. They are not open on the Weekends. Likewise, if you order on...say...Monday, it will ship Tuesday.
  • If your Order says "Shipped" it likely will just say "Shipping Label Created" which with Bad Dragon, that classifies as "Shipped"
  • If you add on something from anywhere else (e.g. Merch, a Custom) your order will not be guaranteed to ship next day. Freaky Fast only applies to items you pick up from clearance.

What is a Drop/Flop?
Drops
are when BD put in new stock in clearance. As of right now, the set days for it are Monday/Wednesday/Friday and around 2 AZ time.

Flops are toys that have imperfections sold at a discount. These flops may be nicks, air bubbles, imperfections, "beauty marks" (a speck or more of a different color that got in the toy), multi-firmness (toys that have firmness changes that aren't just on the base/shaft. Think....tip is soft, shaft is part medium and firm), and rarely, Frankenpours.
  • Frankenpours: These are created with random layers of color, and are offered at a discount for their unusual appearance.
  • Not to be confused with Rogue colors. "This term covers any color we don’t have a name for, from a failed blend of a standard color to a completely unique color"
Bad Dragon will not sell flops that are not body safe. Toys that have nicks or bubbles just need a bit more special care and through cleaning.

Customs
This is anything you have to go to the that toy's page for and you have to click the color options. Even if you pick one of their Standard colors (Ex. Night Sky, A Solid, A Marble, Signatures, Naturals) it will be a longer wait than Freaky Fast shipping.

Wait Times
On BD's site they give a rough estimate but as it has been for almost a year, the wait time currently is 2 Months at the longest. Some may take a shorter time. There were some whom ordered a Nix when she came out and some got her in 2 weeks. 2 Months right now seems like the longest. You may get your toy sooner. Depending on how popular the model is also factors into the wait time.

Shipping Options
Just because you click the shipping option such as 3 days, that does not mean your toy will be made and shipped in 3 days. The shipping options are how long it will take roughly to reach you once the toy is made and the shipping label is created. From their Site;

  • Choosing a faster shipping method will not expedite the manufacturing process for your order. Shipping estimates are valid from the time your order leaves our location.
How Discreet is BD? For those who are overseas, I am unsure, I think it says "Silicone Sculpture" after customs goes through it. For Domestic orders this is important if you buying from BD needs to be a secret. UPS will have a label on it that says "Silicone Sculpture" on it. Fedex has no indication as to what's in the box. So if you need to be discreet, go with Fedex.

How do I get a toy in one of the colors I seen here?
For this you have to open up a ticket (It will be the link at the bottom if on desktop or it will be the drop down menu on mobile and it will say Contact Us). Look for the menu in the help about Custom Colors and then type up your question for the color/style you want. Note: I have a guide on page 3 on what styles you can order for toys and what they won't do. It is a complete guide and should help. If ordering a custom, each color will cost 10$. If you want a 2 Color marble it will be 20$ for example.

What if there was an issue with my Order?
If you got something in the mail from BD with something missing/wrong/a flop that was not mentioned in the description (if you got it from clearance. Custom ordered toys should never have a flop. Fades seem to be the most frequent flop-ers and Customer Service will message you if your requested fade flopped and if you still want it or want a different color)
If your order arrives and something is wrong:
  1. Message Customer Service. Be polite/respectful. CS didn't make your toy and send it. They may never even have seen your toy before. Anyone that has worked in retail knows how to treat CS; if you're nice, they're more willing to help versus if you come into the establishment yelling, being rude. Anyways, being rude or nasty in your 1st message will not get you as far as if you were just nice about it. I've seen instances where some users have issues and are nasty to CS and only get a partial refund while others have had near identical issues that have gotten a full refund or a repour of the toy. Yes you paid a lot of money for your toy, no you are not entitled to act mean because of it.
  2. CS will ask you to provide pictures of the issue in question. Provide as much info as possible. Take a picture of your invoice, take pictures of the issue as best as possible. I had ordered a toy a bit back (Votan/Demo Signature and no Suction Cup) when my thing arrived my Votan had a Suction cup with it. (I just let them know, took pictures, and I wasn't too bent up over it really. I wasn't charged for it, I just got a suction cup while no invoice said it was supposed to have one. I didn't press the issue, I just wanted to let them know)
  3. Do not get impatient when CS asks questions There's a certain order of getting things resolved. Depending on your circumstances, they may ask what you store your toys in, how you clean them, etc. They ask questions because it's part of their job, it's not to stall you or to annoy you. Yes you didn't do anything to your toy, they just need to rule out those factors prior.

"Hippy Vomit"
So this is different compared to most colors posted here. However, the color used to pop up a lot in the past and one of the shop-dragons came onto the forums about the color.
Hoss
If you guys want to know the "officially unofficial" name for that color is Hippie Vomit. I''m happy to see those chances found good homes too
Reference link https://forums.bad-dragon.com/viewtopic.php?f=126&t=43718&p=1202539&hilit=hippie+vomit#p1202539

Anyways. The three colors are "Neon Blue, Neon Red, and Neon Yellow". If you add the black base, well...there you go.

This HV Chance is owned by Gamma and so was the Scorn. Not sure if they still own it because I know I seen a WTS post with it in the post.

Note: I do not have any stock photos immediately available so I pulled these from the forums. If anyone has the stock pics of these toys..send them to me? Otherwise there will be a wait because getting my old laptop is a pain to start up and I still don't have a flashdrive to just...put all my BD colors/adoption pics on to make it easier. I have...a lot

Hoss wrote: (Hoss does Pours for BD)

Most Yellow based colors are overpowered easily. Say a marble of BD Orange and Onyx. The Onyx shows up much more than the Orange and tends to turn the orange greenish.

So due to that we tend to overcompensate and make any orange/Yellow based color we do very saturated so it can be marbled and faded with other colors.

Sorry if it's a little vague. I want to try and explain it but it skirts into that territory of "shouldn't talk about it".
Closest comparison would be oil paints. (not really the same but color theory applies)
For custom purposes, to really make the colors "pop" people usually marble a translucent color with metallics or matte colors. Translucent colors are generally overpowered by the other addition but it does give a unique and cool effect overall to the toy.
In short, with translucents, marbling something else gives the toy...depth? Like you can see the other color marbled deeper in than just the surface.

If there's other translucent colors I missed let me know!
