Here are some basic rules to follow. Please if you have any questions or concerns feel free to contact the admin or any of the mods that are available. Thank you.
There are a few very important rules to keep in mind when doing any trades, sales, or purchases. If you feel like someone is pressuring you to make an exception to any of these rules, please let an admin know right away:
- The only types of sex toys that can be sold on here are unopened toys of any material and used medical grade/platinum grade silicone toys as they can be sanitized.
~ ALWAYS use a Paypal invoice, and always give a long, detailed description of what exactly is being paid for, whether shipping is included, etc. If someone doesn't send you an invoice, don't send them your money. If someone sends you money outside of an invoice, refund them and send them an invoice. This protects both the buyer and the seller.
There are multiple ways of payment, but we recommend the best way to do a sale with the highest amount of coverage because we want both the seller and buyer to be protected over any other reason.
~ We are not responsible for the loss of money that may occur if one chooses the "Friends and Family" route just to save the seller a few dollars on the fee.
~ All toys sold here within NEED a WRITTEN CURRENT timestamp: date and username. NO EXCEPTIONS! Stock photos and order sheets are not replacements for these. However, they can be supplemented in to help with the sale of a toy. But, cannot be the sole image in the sales thread.
There will be an immediate ban for photoshopped timestamps, so don't try it.
~ There will be no proxies, or middleman activity allowed. Only you are allowed to sell your own toys. Not for a friend, or anyone else. There are no exceptions to this rule.
~ Paypal accounts MUST be your own. You cannot be using a friends, boyfriend/girlfriend, spouses, or other family members to conduct business. They have to be verified as well.
~ If you see a suspicious buyer/seller please let us know right away! We can't help you if you don't say anything. Report suspicious threads, pictures, people, & activity.
~Shipping can be with any courier you choose. However, you NEED to get a tracking number that works. No fake tracking numbers allowed! Please have either a receipt or actual picture of the box before send off to prove that you indeed ship it. You NEED to "add tracking info" to your paypal transactions to alert the buyer that you have indeed shipped it and so that the buyer can be covered.
~The unverified selling post section is for toys that have not been proven to be okay to buy from. This means that for some reason, the sales post was not up to code, meaning that you have a great chance of getting scammed if that was that users intention when making the fault post. Please wait for them to update their post & for us to move it back before interacting. If you do so, this is completely out of our hands and we cannot help you.

There are two methods of trading
"Insured" trading: In this method, you will both essentially be buying the toys from each other so that in the case that one of the toys does not arrive, they can claim the money through paypal so they aren't left with nothing in the case that it falls through. Always make sure its enough money to counter the cost of losing the toy you are trading.
"Trust" trading: In this method, you will be sending the toy to the address given and hope that they send the toy you wanted to trade for to you. I highly recommend only doing this with active members of the community that have at least 5+ positive feedback and always listen to negative feedback before making your choice to follow through with it or not. We at DM are not responsible and can not help you if a trust trading arrangement fails, but we are here to support you in banning the user and preventing it from happening again.
Additional rules:
~When making a thread, Please specify what country you are buying from using the prefix system. Also, state if you are or not willing to ship internationally.
~If you are trading make sure to get each other's paypal (if you want to exchange money until toys arrive), and their home address so you can ship the toy to them.
~Please state the item you want to trade and what for? (Art, another companies dong, etc.) It will help bring your preferred trader to you!
~ Toys NEED to be cleaned before sending, unless the buyer has requested it to be sent "freshly used." Boiling, Bleaching, or even the dishwasher works as cleaning methods.
~You are solely responsible for any and all transactions that are made here on the site. Neither the admin or mods are liable for any loss, theft, or any other type of shenanigans that go on in the sales thread. Please use common sense. At the same time, we will try to assist if anything go awry, so don’t be afraid to contact us.
~Please do not put your personal information out in the public forum space. Use the PM system (also called conversations).
~Do not hijack someone's sales thread to sell your own stuff or derail it with anything off topic. Please make your own sales or discussion thread.
~Threads will be archived after one month of inactivity as well as threads that mark everything as sold.
~We have an archive where you can look up old sales posts, in case you need to access them for any disputes or problems that arise later.
HOW IDLE POSTS WORK:
- Sales posts that are over 2 months old and haven't had any activity within a month will be moved to the "Idle Sales Posts" area and will be questioned on if the sale is still active.
If the poster responds to us and confirms that the post is still active, it will be moved back to the "Active Sales Posts" area!
If the poster does not respond within a week, the post will be moved to the selling archive with the "No Response Prefix"
On request we can move any post anywhere or help you do whatever you'd like with your post.
- Buying posts that are over 4 months old and haven't had any activity will moved to the "Idle Buying Posts" area and will be questioned on if the thread is still active.
If the poster responds to us and confirms that the post is still active, it will be moved back to the "Active Buying Posts" area!
If the poster does not respond within a week, the post will be moved to the buying archive with the "No Response Prefix"
