How to store your dragon?

Currently, we have ours on display in our bedroom. There are times when we have to store them, though. Sometimes the maintenance crew has to come into our apartment to check the smoke alarms, breaker box, etc. and of course the breaker box is in our room. >_< During those times, we usually just sweep them onto the bed and cover them up; however, I'm working on a little project to make monogrammed bags for each toy (color-coded, too, because AESTHETICS lol). I'm about halfway done, and it's quite a project. My sewing skills have really suffered through ten years of non-use, and I'm doing them by hand, so they're nothing fancy; but they do the job of separating the toys from each other. After they're all done, I'm just gonna put them into a pillow case and hide it somewhere when necessary. I also look forward to lugging it over my shoulder, like a naughty Santa Claus. lol

I store all mine in my booze cabinet behind some drawers, super easy access and out of the way while also utilizing some unused space.

Right now I store mine in one of those decorative boxes you get from craft stores and such. Since I currently only have smalls, mini's, and lil's they can all fit upright but I need to make more bags ^^; I made bags for all my vibrators at one time and I need to find the material and make some bags for my fantasy toys.

Used to be in the firesafe, ran out of room pretty quickly. So now I use a coffee table I made from an old Howitzer ammo crate from the 70s.


At some point next year I plan on taking it apart, replacing the nails with screws, giving it a better lacquer job, and lining the inside with something.

I use a 100x80ft barn, has a couple of windows on each side to let in the natural light. Hay on the floor so a bit soft for her, plus a big water trough inside in case gets thirsty. Leave the doors wide open so she can come and go as she pleases. Gotta feed her outside as she's a messy eater though

I got a few locker type cabinets from ikea to store my gear and they currently occupy 4 of em, will be 5 when I get the next batch midyear or so. I can lock em as well but not atm as hoping my sibling keeps out of my room. I've had to train them not to open my packages, good thing the first naughty thing I bought that they opened the products were boxed inside other plain boxes inside the carton

Hallan cabinets they were called. They're supposed to be on feet but I just bent the bottom metal bits the feet slot into over so they can sit flat on the floor. I got 12 of the lockers so if I end up filling them all I might have a problem...

I recently upgraded from under the bed to these cute shelves. The doors install separately so I can always install more if my collection grows. Right now I'm using the free cubbies for plushies and figures.
It's just me and hubs in the house so I don't have to worry about locking storage. I love the doors though cause it keeps the pet hair out and gives me a place to display my stickers.

You can't simply store the toys in cardboard without some type of barrier. The toys all 'sweat' which stains and possibly degrades the cardboard. If you store toys in plastic, make sure they're dry before putting them away.

Wow I didn't realize BD toys would stain cardboard. Definitely gonna invest in some of those cute drawstring bags.

I have a pair of Puritize Home UV cleaning cases/lock boxes. Three digit combo lock and 2 UV bulbs. Downside, kinda small comparatively and if the bulbs don't work you need to get new ones shipped out.
Edit: Each case has a 1-year warranty and customer service is friendly and fast.

My storage is nothing fancy, just a couple small plastic totes that I keep in my bathroom closet. I have one bin for fantasy, one for realistic, and a smaller one for accessories and safer sex supplies. I also have a bag I keep my leather in.
