Help or guide to knot Bad Dragon XL toys?

I've had my XL Glyph and XL Roland for a year now, and I've never even gotten close to knotting Glyph, but Roland I am able to knot after some warm up. How do you all warm up/stretch out that much for knot widths of that size? Other toy suggestions or techniques? Any information or detailed experiences would be appreciated.

Practice! Other recommendation are use good lube, warm your toys up, relax and learn to control your breathing/muscles and patients.

Are you having a depth issue or a girth issue?

Glyph is a pretty long toy, while very well tapered it might be either getting caught before sliping into the bend or your anatomy might be causing it to "bottom out."

If its a girth issue get a thicker toy. I have found that training for knots with knots is sub optimal. Since you pop a knot in, its not really stretching you out consistantly. This doesnt apply to all knoted toys though, Xar is an example of a fantastic trainer, as well as being a amazing toy. A toy I used for warming up for quite some time was Clayton. Its reasonably thick with a great taper and the texture make things interesting.

You could also look at ika, tako or Winstons tail for a more dedicated trainer/stretcher. These are a nice combo toy for both depth and girth training.

If you want more serious trainers check out SquarPeg toys. They have an amazing selection of high quality products. My personal fav is Slink.

I am happy to answer more question.

When I took Roland to the hilt, I did feel the tip pressing against something, so possibly there is a depth problem? But as for Glyph, I definitely had and still have a girth problem. For Xar and Clayton, which sizes/firmness would you recommend for practice, as well as other toys of Bad Dragon/non-BD toys?

Xl Clayton in whatever firmness suits you. I don't knot large Xar's messurements but if its thicker than Glyph go for it. XL xar knot is slightly over 4" thick so i think its a bit out if your current range.

I am not familiar with Ika or Winstons tail but you could go for a XL in either firmness.

SquarePeg toys only has two firmness firm and soft. I like thier soft firmness for training toys.

I dont know your limits/preferences so its hard for me to recommend exact toys and sizes. All I can do is recommend places, you'll have to the leg work from there.

My collection is in my profile if you have question about anything I have id be glad to answer questions about them.

Look for a tapered toy thats thicker than Glyph which is what around 3.5" thick and go from there.
