I'm a fucker for kaijus, especially kaiju dicks, and Zaratan was by far one of the most unique. So anyone else pissed off by them retiring it?
Which one, if you don't mind me asking? (And colors if you had any in mind)I'm a bit frustrated about that, myself, because I wanted to get one to complete the trinity of toys based on a few of my Sonic Rule 63 OCs (the others I've already got toys of, or am getting a replacement toy of).
I've got three, four technically if you add in Rule 63 Metal Sonic: one of Rotor the Walrus (which I'm getting a toy made of), one of the one-off echidna character Cobar (who was going to be Rotor's lover in the comics, and who I already have a toy for), and the oft-hated character Tommy Turtle (which I wanted the Zataran for; basic turtle colors of yellowish-green base with pinkish-red shaft).Which one, if you don't mind me asking? (And colors if you had any in mind)
So on the original forum, they had a huge toy comparison thread.I miss being able to see the sizes of the retired toys in the real life sliding scale tool... much harder to visualize them now without it

I made a thread in the same spirit of the OG one.
The Comparison Thread!
Because I didn't see one here yet, and I need some...help, why not make one for everyone to ask questions and get irl pictures? Does anyone have a Medium Flint to compare with either a Medium Apollo, Medium Bumblehooves, Medium Nova, or a Medium Xar?dragonmoor.com
If you need comparison pics we can try to help. I know reddit has a link to a measurement chart somewhere, but I'm a visual person and a physical comparison to other stuff helps me. I know it's not helpful like the real size tool though
Oof I'm late. When did they announce they were retiring those models?Update again.
Goodbye Kippy, Snow Leopard/Snep, and Kage.
New retired total: 20
Okay nvm ignore that I was picking through my old emails and saw it. Like I said, easy to miss.Oof I'm late. When did they announce they were retiring those models?
I feel like they kinda hide their retirement announcements in their emails - real easy to miss if you're just scanning
Oh yeah. I remember when I first used to check out their site and they used to have background images that gave a bit of insight as to what the toy had to its name.I'm sad to see Zaratan go, as I did like the model. They do tend to rotate models a lot, especially as they introduce new ones.
... has no one created a thread to keep track of all the retired toys on DragonMoor or somewhere on the internet yet? It might be possible to find some of the information from wayback machine, that is useful too. Images seem to suck on the wayback machine...
There seems to be some retired models forgotten about in this thread, but they are much older (Varka, Naga, Moko, Dolphin, Orca, Bruce the Shark, Luka the Otter). I'm not as familiar with the newer models, as I sort of... ditched BD when the introduced the Demon Dick and some of the marketing behind that. Most of the latest models just don't appeal to me either.
I want a complete list of retired ones now. I have missed some models too, apparently. There are a lot of other creators now too, as mentioned.
Edit: Watching the scroll through toys in 2014... There is promotional art behind the toys.

Yup! I loved them and some of the stories definitely sold me on a modelOh yeah. I remember when I first used to check out their site and they used to have background images that gave a bit of insight as to what the toy had to its name.
