    Ive been doing a lot of swimming, and I've cut some meals (former anorexic)

    My wife and I were both incredibly overweight, just by changing how we ate( we started counting calories on everything) we've had some really amazing lifestyle changes. My wife has gone from being 110kg(242lbs) to 64Kg(140lbs) I'm down from 148kg(325lbs) to 108 kg(basically 238lbs)and still dropping. Just remember one thing though, always be happy with you.

    I love looking at a toys base, and this one is so unique! Definitely one of my favorites now, can't wait to test him out!
