Have you ever seen someone with a gorgeous pour and were thinking "wow! What colour was that?!", then this is the thread for you!

This thread is dedicated to all the official colours BD has released to give everyone a chance to request special/unique colours that may be off season, or just to look at pretty thing!

THINGS TO REMEMBER:
* Try to find the best picture of an official BD colour
* HQ is preferred
*No one person is responsible for the posting of all these colours, just because someone happens to have lots of photos it doesn't mean they have them all
*Don't harass people for photos
*This is for official BD colours, not unique pours (that's another thread to be made!)

I've seen a couple of people in the past with toys that were a beautiful yellow fading to vibrant pink. I can't find any of those posts now, but someone once mentioned that it had a name like "Tequila Sunrise" or something. If that's an actual color, I reeeeeally want to know!

Edit: Not sure if this is what this thread is for (asking about a color rather than supplying an actual picture), but I thought I'd ask, anyway. lol

Edit 2: Google assures me that the color "Tequila Sunrise" doesn't exist, but maybe it's just buried under all the drink recipes.

I remember when that was originally posted ! and I just did a quick search on the BD forums. There was thread where everyone was going nuts and saying this toy looked like a Tequila Sunrise but the user edited and removed all photos and content.

Does anyone have any pictures of the Zodiac Cusp colors besides the promo images? I'm particularly interested in Energy and Power, but they don't seem extremely popular so I'm not sure I've seen many of them at all.

I hate being one of those who randomly revives threads, but finally I have a place to ask! What in the world is this pretty marble of white and blue?!

Context: I have at least two toys from clearance labelled "rogue" with the same color scheme. I have other blue/white toys also from clearance but... this one mix is different especially in the sense that I've somehow bought multiple toys with this color. Hence it's always been a question of whether or not it's something official or just some pourer at BD with a good taste a marble.
It's a marble of what appears to be white with (possibly white or silver) dazzle and an iridescent dark blue or blue-green that shimmers ocean greenish under the right light. I took pics of the Nox and Kona that I have in this marble and hopefully I got some of the shimmer in there. My lamp bulb and phone camera don't always work well together.

Based on the description, I'm leaning towards Frozen Fox or Winter Wonderland though.

No worries about time lol, it's all good. I've got some toys Winter Wonderland and Frozen Fox and the blues are slightly different enough that they don't look the same. Plus I've never seen mine glow like with Frozen Fox. Revolution looks close, though I started collecting way too late to be able to get a confirmed Revolution-colored toy to compare and get it in the right light and see the shimmer.

Also sidenote, your icon looks like an OC Inkling and if so, woomy! /squidflop

Does anyone have any pictures of BD Metallic Green? Some of the stock photos make it look teal and it's really pretty but I don't want to order that color to find it's actually green-green.

I saw these gorgeous rogues in the inventory drop and was wondering what color they are? They’re all rogues, except this one I got a pic of, listed as Con Natural 2023. Any idea why they’re marked as rogues? Is it an improper pour of Con Natural 2023 or are they just mislabeled? Collecting is part of the fun for me, so I wouldn’t want to spend all that money if I couldn’t call it an official color. (new to the site and to the hobby, apologies again in advance! ;; )

Hiya @Honeysuckle and welcome to the Moor!
They're not mislabled, it's pretty much the first one you said. Improper rogue pours are just variants of named pours, ones that turn out in some way that deviates from what would be considered a successful attempt at say, ConNatural23. Like maybe a fade or a marble attempt that didn't come out quiiiiite like they wanted, but there's no quality issues otherwise.

It could even be something as minor as the ratio of the colors used. If it's deemed slightly off to the promo 'standard' then it's listed as a rogue. It's a good way to score a pretty promo toy without paying the premium for it!

Thank you both for the welcome and quick response! Would you guys say it affects potential resale value at all having a rogue vs the named coloration? I feel a lot more confident buying them now!
