Well I'm a huge fan of TTC. They have a lot of very nice models, and they are also just pretty pleasant to work with.
They have my favorite equine in the form of Atlas the Unicorn. For swell shapes, Cortez is really lovely. If you like a larger headed model Alto is a great shape. Mantis is fun and thick, very straight. Dante has a fun knot, as does Jake, and even Mocha. Mocha is lovely as all the shapes are more gently contoured, Dante is more abrupt, and Jake is well: stout. I have not tried either Slikk or Hidora yet, not opposed to them, just lower on my priority list, but knowing the other models I can assume that they'd be just as fun. This brings me to my #1 from TTC and that's Aela the Hyena. This toy has a fun head/tip, swoon-worthy curve, and girth that is unexpected but by no means unwelcome!
**A note on texture**
TTC toys are not glossy slick*, they have a definite texture to them. No where near as intense as say the printer texture of everyone's favorite dead horse to beat: BD's Crackers; but texture is there nonetheless. I compare it almost to like a microfiber suede versus satin.
*some larger models like XL Cortez have a much slicker surface
**Firmness**
Shamelessly stolen right from TTC's faq:
"Our toy firmness scale is a an arbitrary sliding scale from Extra Soft (3), which approximately matches Shore 0030, to Firm (8), which approximately matches Shore 8A.
Our
Soft (4) is squishy and easy to compress, like relaxed muscle. This makes for easier entry!
Medium (6) is slightly squishy, similar to semi-tense muscle, and offers a balance between precision and flexibility.
Firm (8) has almost no squish, like flexed muscle, to offer a high level of precision in use.
We can also make toys in a custom
Extra Soft (3), by request, but this will cause colors to blend more´and become 'washed out' in toys that have more than one color.
Regardless of firmness, the toys are durable and stretchy, and can be bent in any direction. Even in Firm,it's possible to bend an Atlas so the tip touches the bottom of the base!"
**Final thoughts (for now at least)**
TTC has high quality toys that rival BD imo
Their colorist/pourers are highly skilled
They are nice to work with
They still accept customs (2½ month wait time rn)
They ship USPS (a big
in my book)
Their prices are a little steep at first glance, but a true quality item is not worth splitting pennies over imo
They offer a points program which is basically just an ongoing 10% rebate but heck, free is free!
Did I mention they were nice? ^.^
TL;DR:
Good stuff
Good people
Buy Aela ^.^
P.s. sorry, zero experience w their bullet vibes!
