So I'm starting to lean towards electro shocking toys, but im a little bit intimidated. I got one of those gag pens and have been fooling around with that. From what I read those are about 1.5 volts. Anyone have some beginners suggestions for lite shocking toys or advice? (I don't have a pacemaker) Part of my fear is my parent in the room next to me. I have to be really quiet.
