I would have continued to push them, and push them hard. They never give refunds only store credit, which sucks if you never intend to buy from them again. I think they do it to try and force you into buying from them again, in order for you to not lose money. They just don't gaf about their customers anymore especially not those who have been loyal for years. I'm sorry they pulled this BS with you.

@Snow Pony I *was* going to push but it's been since Oct. 19th with tickets back and forth. I'm just fed up with them and have other issues going on rn...I was offered store credit or a refund to my bank but they still did store credit despite what I asked. Funny how one bad experience can turn someone off completely

@Niah *hugs* thanks. It was really disappointing, especially since this was gonna be my last and full custom order (unless something awesome was released but now I'm definitely done lmao). Their reputation definitely has went to their heads :/

*hugs* For sure. I won't be buying from them at all again. I had vague thoughts of a Razor, but nope. I'll get one off our Marketplace here if I really want one. I don't toy enough to make buying one worth it.

Wow... I literally just sent my message and found this post. It makes me sad for you and angry at them. I'm sorry for all that happened, and I'm sorry because I really wanted to buy those custom toys that I talked about, but now I'm 100% sure that I never will. I will make a WTB thread here and that's it.
