That's messed up. They replied to me within 24 hours. They're probably like, "Fuck, we jacked up another order, and this one's in the US! How long can we stall before actually doing the right thing?" I hope they get back to you soon because this is just BS.

@Snow Pony yeeaaah same thoughts tbh, I've seen people getting replies to their tickets in shorter time...I think it's safe to say after this incident I'm done with BD. I'll wait til next Monday to send another ticket if they don't get back to me by then. Still want a repour of what I actually paid for :/
