Oi... I wish you luck. I had to continually turn down their offers of bits of store credit, reminding them that what they were doing is not fair nor a good business-standard. You may have to get firm to get what you ordered. I'm hoping though since you're in the US, they'll repour what you ordered without fuss. I had to say, in every email: I will not settle for less than the correct item that I originally ordered.
