Used, and so has some surface scratches, but otherwise works perfectly.
It comes with a vac-u-lock adapter, so it can be used with any dildo that has a vac-u-lock!
It has all the original parts except the flesh coloured dildo that has been disposed of, as it was not body safe [TPR].
