Bleach bath in 1 to 10 bleach to water is suggested. Otherwise boiling in a pot for a few minutes. Or even putting them in the dishwasher with dish soap, but I've never done that.

TPE is still body safe, but it is not completely sterilize-able due to TPE being porous, compared to the silicone that BD and other toy makers use that is easily sterilize-able via boiling or bleach. No nooks or crannies that TPE has that could still harbor bacteria after a wash. Many will say...
