A lot have changed, I updated lot of colors with retirement status on my website and I love to keep eyes on this thread to complete with our findings.
After contacting CS last Friday with a response today, it has been confirmed:
Sonic themed colors are retired: Hedge and Miles
The color Ebony is retired
Those other old entries captured and updated to my website, I guess I've been investing too much of my time discovering one another after thinking up of what toys might be using for each of these bunch of missing entries for low numbered color theme IDs. There's one in particular I've been investigating for some time with "ultimatefantashe" (sku of Lana whose its old color selection contain Peach and Ebony) in hope of locating Peach/Ebony color on their ultra specific color theme IDs but there's no easy way to "validate" them. I contacted CS to learn more about it along with wanting to find out what might be for those other empty entries. It would seem that the old entries don't seem to be much of use today, CS said that BD is evolving with new toys and new colors introducing and so availability changing for others.
There's some mysterious color names with their description and swatches included and captured to my website, but if there's not toys featuring them surfaced then these would not be orderable, as CS said they wouldn't have photos provided or further information about them.

Ice Pop colors are mostly retired: Pucker Up!, Paradise Punch, Watermelon Burst
Hunters colors: Elite and Dutch
Colors of your Destiny colors are retired: Hunter, Warlock, Osiris, Titan
Challenger Approaching colors are retired: Wildcard, Bones, X
Game Over: Quantum
There's a few colors that seem to escape the "blanket retirement"
Game Over: Mad Titan
Ice Pop: Firework

Combat Kolors: Fatality, Deep Freeze, Get Over Here, Running Serpent, Soaring Sai
World Fractions: Impulse, World Soul, Fortitude
Super Powered: Blazing Tempest, Intellect, Royal Trident, Magic Scarab
Irish Cream twist is drop-only, no way to "revive" some retired colors like Unity Green through it!
